Rusted, doubt it's all stainless steel August 8, 2008

Rusted at spout and inside, soap was coming out green. I don't think it's really stainless steel. Smelled awful the first time I had to replace the soap.

My experience is similar to that of the other reviewer. This item looks like stainless steel, but mine showed rust around the threading at the top after about 1-2 months of use. The tube fills with air, so you have to pump repeatedly to get enough soap in your hand, and the air causes spluttering that leads to waste and mess. The unit is inefficient and looks yucky with dried streamers of soap running down the sides. I didn't check Amazon reviews before purchasing, so now want to find something with more positive reviews. Hope this helps. It seems to be hard to find a dispenser that is well made, works well, won't drip, looks good, is small, has a stable base, and lasts. That's not asking for too much, right?
