It leaks soap around the cap. Not a good product. August 20, 2011

Returning the product (even after replacement). Once you put soap on it and press down, soap comes out through the small tube however it leaks around the cap as well. I ordered a replacement thinking it was damaged, but the replacement does the same thing. Oh well, going for a refund now. Amazon customer service were helpful and understanding. Posting a video of the problem for reference.

Not very happy. Every time I pumped the dish soap would come out through the sides.Had to put in the old pump from my previous dispenser in order to use it.

This soap dispenser is just ok. I bought it to replace another dispenser by the same designer that had gotten very moldy. The problem with this one is that the top started rusting the first day that I got it. It's the type of rust that can be wiped off, but still... a little gross.Anyway, it's ok if you need a quick replacement, but keep your expectations low.
