This soap pump is cheap and started rusting within the first month we had it and even put a permanent rust stain on our kitchen counter. Since it's been over 30 days it's too late to return this piece of crap. Don't waste your money!

I finally found a soap dispenser that has continued to function! August 13, 2011

I am happy with this purchase, as I have not had much luck with previous soap dispensers lasting long. Thus far the pump has continued to work, it is not turning green around the top (some of the others did despite my regular cleaning of the area)and the exterior looks the same as the day the item was purchased.

This is horrible. It leaks all around the screw top and drips from the spout. As the soap drips it creates rust spots as well. This product is also plastic on the inside with a stainless shell. Don't waste your money.
