Doesn't work September 5, 2009

Bought two of these. One just didn't function out of the box. Would not pump soap at all. Exchanged it for another at the store, and the new one doesn't work either. Guess we might try bringing some soap next time to the store and find a working one.

Dispenser chute breaks and cuts your fingers November 5, 2008

I've had this dispenser for over two years now. It was great until recently. I noticed that underside of my middle and index finger were always covered in small cuts and realized that over time, the hole where the soap comes out had worn down to a sharp point and has been cutting my hand. I would thus strongly recommend not buying this dispenser.
