Allow me to fill in the missing details for you. This item is about 4.25 inches tall, not including the pumping mechanism, and the base is 2.5 inches in diameter. It is made of soft clear plastic of the kind soda bottles are usually made of. The color of the bottle I received was clear with a white pump, not blue and black as pictured. It's the kind of item you might find in a discount bin for under a dollar. Shipping was $5.28. Not recommended.
